1. Programme and acceptance
The BANDIT affiliate programme is operated by LAST EXIT PUBLISHING (LEP), 41 rue de Coat-Tan, 29200 Brest, France. By creating an affiliate account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. The accepted versions and timestamp are recorded.
2. Attribution and consent
A referral can be attributed only when the visitor accepts optional measurement cookies, a valid active affiliate code is then stored in that browser for up to 365 days, and the last valid code is present when a Stripe-paid order is completed on bandit.cards. A later valid code replaces an earlier code. Browser settings, refusal or deletion of cookies, another browser or device, or an invalid or disabled code can prevent attribution. We do not guarantee attribution where these conditions are not met.
3. Eligible sales and commission rate
Only completed paid direct sales recorded by our checkout are eligible. The account rate in force when the referral is recorded is stored for that sale. The commission is calculated on the amount actually recorded as paid for the eligible order, after discounts. Your account rate may be changed prospectively; a rate already stored for a sale is not changed retroactively.
4. Refunds and reversals
Refunded amounts reduce the eligible amount and commission proportionally. A full refund reduces the commission to zero. If a commission was already marked paid, the corresponding amount becomes a reversal due and is offset against future commission.
5. Validation and payout
Commission remains pending until manually validated. A usable IBAN or PayPal email is required before payout, but is optional when opening the account. Payout occurs only after manual validation; no fixed monthly schedule or minimum processing time is promised. Dashboard figures can be adjusted for refunds, reversals, duplicate orders or errors.
6. Prohibited conduct
Self-referrals, purchases made to generate your own commission, false or misleading promotion, spam, cookie stuffing, fabricated traffic or sales, impersonation and attempts to bypass attribution or fraud controls are prohibited. You must make the commercial nature of affiliate links clear where applicable and comply with applicable advertising and platform rules.
7. Taxes and account information
Affiliate commission may have tax, social-security, invoicing or reporting consequences depending on your situation. You must determine the rules that apply to you and keep account and payout information accurate. We may request information reasonably needed for manual payout validation or legal record-keeping.
8. Suspension, termination and changes
Affiliate accounts have an active or disabled status. We may disable an account and cancel ineligible referrals when these terms or fraud controls are breached. You may ask us to close your account. Material changes use a new version and may require fresh acceptance before continued participation.
9. Personal data and contact
Affiliate account data is handled as described in the privacy policy. Questions, payout corrections or termination requests may be sent to support@bandit.cards. These terms are governed by French law, without limiting mandatory rights that apply under another applicable law.
