Delivery and returns
Shipping is free to supported countries. A Mondial Relay pickup point is mandatory in France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal; other supported countries use tracked standard delivery. Delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on the country.
You may return your order within 30 calendar days of physical receipt. This voluntary policy supplements and does not limit the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
