Delivery and returns
In France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Portugal, choose free Mondial Relay pickup or paid home delivery; the fee is shown at checkout before payment. In the Netherlands, free delivery must use a pickup point. Tracked international home delivery to the United States and Canada costs €10 per order and takes an estimated 4–10 business days after handling; it leaves Brest with FedEx International Connect Plus or Madrid with Correos depending on fulfilment stock. Customs clearance may take longer. Import taxes, duties and customs/carrier handling fees are not included and, if charged, are paid by the recipient. Other supported countries keep their existing tracked standard delivery.
You may return your order within 30 calendar days of physical receipt. This voluntary policy supplements and does not limit the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
