1. Scope and seller
These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through bandit.cards. The legal seller is LAST EXIT PUBLISHING (LEP), 41 rue de Coat-Tan, 29200 Brest, France, SIREN 507 781 953. Customer service: support@bandit.cards.
2. Prices, payment and orders
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order becomes final after payment and an order confirmation is sent by email.
3. Delivery
Available delivery methods and charges depend on the destination and are shown before payment. In France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Portugal, customers may choose free Mondial Relay pickup or paid home delivery. In the Netherlands, free delivery is pickup-point only. Tracked international home delivery to the United States and Canada costs €10 per order and is estimated at 4–10 business days after handling; customs clearance may take longer. Other supported countries, including Spain, keep tracked standard delivery.
4. Returns and right of withdrawal
Independently of our voluntary return policy, you may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of physically receiving the product. Send an unambiguous notice with your order number before the deadline. In addition, Last Exit Publishing voluntarily accepts returns notified within 30 calendar days of physical receipt; this commercial policy never limits statutory rights. Return costs are paid by the customer unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Conditions, address and the separate 14-day statutory refund deadline appear on the Returns page.
5. Statutory guarantees
For consumers, Last Exit Publishing is responsible for the statutory guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery. Report a defect to support@bandit.cards with the order number and a description of the issue. Repair or replacement is provided without charge; when neither remedy is possible or can be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, the consumer may obtain a price reduction or a full or partial refund. This procedure, including any necessary return, is free of charge and is independent of the 14-day withdrawal right and any commercial warranty.
6. Governing law
French law applies without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection granted by the law of their country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable consumer-protection rules.
7. Shipping destinations, taxes and customs
Free pickup-point or standard delivery applies only where checkout explicitly offers it. The €10 international-delivery charge for the United States and Canada covers transport only. For destinations outside the customs territory of the European Union, import VAT, customs duties or customs/carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination authorities or carrier. Unless checkout explicitly states that these charges are included, they are paid by the recipient.
8. Model withdrawal form
A copyable model withdrawal form is available on the Returns page. Using that form is optional; any unambiguous withdrawal notice sent before the deadline is accepted.
9. Consumer mediation
After first submitting a written complaint to Last Exit Publishing customer service, if the dispute remains unresolved, consumers may use the designated consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Submit a request online at cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php.
