Voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to your legal rights, Last Exit Publishing voluntarily accepts returns notified no later than 30 calendar days after the day you, or a third party you designate, physically receive the product. This policy applies to orders placed on bandit.cards and does not replace or limit any statutory consumer right.

Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party you designate, receive the product. Send an unambiguous notice before that deadline, then send the product back within the following 14 days.

How to return

1. Email support@bandit.cards before the applicable deadline and include your order number.
2. We will confirm the request and the return address.
3. Pack the complete product securely in its original packaging.
4. Send it to the published return address using a tracked service.

Return costs and condition

Direct return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Under the statutory withdrawal right, you are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning. Under the voluntary policy, the product must be complete and in good condition. An opened game may be returned if every card and component is present.

Exchanges

We do not offer discretionary exchanges. This does not limit mandatory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods, including replacement where applicable.

Refund timing

For a statutory withdrawal, eligible amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide proof of dispatch, subject to mandatory consumer law. For a voluntary return requested after the statutory period, the refund is made within 14 days after we receive and inspect the complete returned product.
