Dispatch origin and carriers

Orders for Spain are dispatched from Calle de Torres Miranda, 2, 28045 Madrid, Spain. Orders for all other accepted destinations except the United States and Canada are dispatched from LAST EXIT PUBLISHING (LEP), 41 rue de Coat-Tan, 29200 Brest, France. In France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Portugal, Mondial Relay offers free pickup-point delivery or paid home delivery. In the Netherlands, Mondial Relay delivery remains free and pickup-point only. Orders to the United States and Canada are sent by tracked international home delivery, either from Brest with FedEx International Connect Plus or from Madrid with Correos depending on fulfilment stock. Spain and other accepted destinations keep their existing tracked standard delivery to the customer’s address.

Shipping cost and destination

Pickup-point delivery and the existing standard delivery are free. Optional Mondial Relay home delivery costs €5.55 for one game or €6.23 for two or three games in France; €8.94 or €9.12 respectively in Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg; and €8.54 or €8.70 respectively in Portugal. Tracked international home delivery to the United States or Canada costs €10 per order. The exact shipping fee is shown and added before payment. The €10 transport charge does not include import taxes, customs duties or customs/carrier handling fees; if charged, they are paid by the recipient. The order cannot be paid if the destination is not accepted.

Tracking and delivery problems

A tracking link is emailed after dispatch when the carrier provides it. If tracking does not update or a parcel is delayed, contact us with the order number. We verify the shipment with the carrier and remain responsible for delivering the order.
